GCSE '10 Art: ShepardFairey

In the units, we had to do research on relevant artists at some point, and at one point I did Frank Shepard Fairey. We then had to make a study based on their work, or a copy of one of their pieces that we particularly liked using our own materials and methods, and I did my own version of one of his pieces using felt-tip. I'm aware it can, and knowing my luck, WILL, be classed as plagiarism, but the AQA exam board didn't class it as plagiarism because they KNEW it was my own piece, even if the design was someone else's, because that was an acceptable part of the mark scheme. So go ahead and sue me for drawing and submitting this, by all means.
