SO!
Here's a character. She's very new, actually; be nice. c:
AAAAAND dA won't allow accented letters in deviation titles. For some reason.
...

And I'm totally not entering her in The Switch OCT.
Not at AAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLL.

...Aaaaaanyway...
It may not be all that clear what her other info is, so here:

Fighting Style
Normally, she lets her opponent attack first, so she learns how they move and how they fight. Then she makes her move, mixing and matching her stable and flux abilities to however suits the current situation. While fighting, she tries to read the mind of her opponent to figure out where their weak-points are, and then she'll either go or them, or instruct a team-mate to go for them instead.
When with a partner, she makes it a habit to learn how her partner fights, and what they can do, before a battle ensues, so she can figure out how to utilize her partner more effectively; she'll then make it a point to do just that in battle. She'll commune tactics with them mentally (and therefore privately), and discuss strategies and plans of attack.
Should her powers act up, she'll make use of anything that comes to hand as a weapon, or a means of distraction. She's always thinking, and always strategising while in combat. If you want to best her, be unexpected and outlandish; SURPRISE HER.
Background
Born an only child to a poor couple in the USA Midwest town of Fields, Zoë began suffering from a rare ear infection when she was eight, that rendered her completely deaf, preventing he from speaking properly also.
As she got older, because of her high intelligence, she began to assist her local police force under the pseudonym of 'Aura'.
One night in August, she was out watching a meteor shower alone, when one landed close to where she was. Upon investigation, the last thing she remembers is being engulfed by light and energy, before she awoke in a field an hour away from where she was.
Over the next few days, she started to get hungrier, needing more nutrients as her powers began to surface. She started to run faster, hit harder, move objects with her mind, hear thoughts, and see into the past. As they grew, she slowly learned more about them and how to control them, and began using them to assist the police more actively, as well as helping the authorities to ensure the safety and security of Fields whenever and however she could.
Other Character Information
She can't use telepathy on non-organic minds, like robots. Cyborgs are more conditional; if the brain remains even slightly organic, she can still use her telepathy.
Like a muscle, the more she uses her powers, the more control she gets over them, and the more powerful they get.
Her telepathy has given her an advanced knowledge and understanding of how the mind works - by transmitting certain thoughts using telepathy, she can trigger certain positive and negative mental effects, such as alleviating/encouraging addictions, and/or psychological disorders.
She becomes slightly more expressive in her body language while in her guise as Aura. This isn't saying much, but it's noticeable compared to her normal detached nature.
Because of her super-human intelligence, you may find her tinkering with machines trying to get them to work. Her athletic abilities means she's fast, agile and strong, and can use this to free-run and perform gymnastics to some degree. She needs practice, though.Yus.
Audition's coming up soon-ish... I hope... OTL
'So why'd you post how she fights with a partner, Landy?' Because I never said she'd be alone, dear readers... c8<
Or at least that was the plan; I don't have time to include her partner x'D
Can't wait to see the audition!
I just hope our hard work pays off with the judges... :I
Anyway, just a reminder, you still totally need to tell me what you want for a contest prize...LOL
I do, don't I? Only problem is I haven't uploaded the character I want to include in the fully shaded, coloured and BGed picture yet. I'll let you know once that happens, and I'll note you about the trans BG one as well, okay? c:
